Day 11: A photo with someone you love

Travis and I have been together for nearly 3 years and I love him very much. He is my best friend and I hope we are together for many more years to come. This has to be my favourite photo of us. It was taken almost a year ago after a formal dinner in Wollongong.

Day 10: A picture of you when you were a different person than you are now.

Well you may recognise this photo from an earlier blog. This is clearly the original version. This is my Year 11 school photo. The year was 2007. Now everyone kept saying that life would change when you finish high school and they were very right. The past 2 years since graduating high school have flown by and I am most certainly a very different person now than I was in high school.

Day 3 re-done: A picture of you last Christmas

So today I found some photos of last Christmas on my mum’s digital camera that I had forgotten about. When I originally did my Day 3 blog the only Christmas photo I could find was from 2006. This photo was taken after Christmas lunch/dinner at home. Travis and I had Christmas brunch earlier in the day at his house and I think its clear in this picture that all the eating has taken its toll on Travis.

Day 9: A picture of you when you were nothing but happy

This picture was taken at Lennox Head on the Far North coast of NSW on our roadtrip to QLD in Jan. I think its pretty clear that I’m happy in this picture. It is impossible not be happy when you’re by the ocean on a beautiful day and in good company.

Day 8: A picture of a time in your life that’s over but you wish it wasn’t

I struggled to think of a time in my life that fits into this category appropriately. I haven’t really experienced alot of huge changes. I’ve been on many wonderful holidays and yes I wish they weren’t over (but who wants holidays to end anyways?). I wanted to look at a bigger change. Now I guess by now you’re thinking this nerd misses school and wishes she could go back. Well thats not necessarily what this picture represents. Sometimes I do miss school. Life was so much simpler and there was constant routine. But I do know that I have learnt so much in the last two years that you could never ever learn at school. I do not by any means miss the HSC. This picture is supposed to represent that the thing I miss the most is being able to hang out with my friends every day. We will never get these days back and even if we did all try to hang out on a regular basis it wouldn’t be the same. We all have grown so much in the last 2 years. We all have different interests, different lives and many of us are jut plain time poor but I will always value these friendships.

Day 7: A picture of you being absolutely ridiculous

Well it has become obvious that I haven’t got off to a flying start with this photo blog. 20 photos in 20 days.. well I’ve already blown the chances of that happening however I still endevour to post 20 photos under the topics given on 20 different days.. they just wont be consecutive days. Now picking a ridiculous photo of me was a hard task because lets face it. I usually go to some sort of effort to ruin nice photos by doing something or looking ridiculous. This photo was taken last Feb during one of my futile attempts to clean my room by Travis who thinks its absolutely hilarious. This photo makes me cringe. Clearly the reason I never got very far with cleaning my room is because I always got distracted quite easily. This photo is proof of that.

Day 6: The most recent picture of yourself

This picture was taken yesterday to put along side a press release promoting The Southern Highlands Foundation Mad Youth Granting Round for 2010. Now for a bit of shameless self promotion: MAD Youth has ranging between $250-$1000 grants available in the areas of recreation, environment, arts and health/disabilty. Ask me for more information if interested.

Super Networking Wars!

Day 5: A picture of you truly being yourself

I love this photo because its a true reflection of what Adelle and I are like when we’re together. We act like idiots and crack eachother up to no end. This mainly happened during maths. We we’re maths buddies (bought together by our general dislike for maths) and I’m pretty sure we were quite disruptive even though Walker denies this. This photo was taken on the last day of high school.
